ERS Silver Awards 2022
The Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) awards 2022 were held at the National Memorial Arboretum (NMA) on the 21st of September 2022.
The ERS Awards are designed to recognise those employers who support Defence People
objectives and encourage others to exhibit the same behaviours. Defence Relationship
Management is tasked with administering the ERS scheme at the national level, and for ensuring
coherence with national policy in relation to Silver awards at the regional level. Regional
Engagement Boards (REBs) are tasked with the co-ordination of the military resources required to
ensure successful delivery of the Silver award events in their region.
The ERS Awards targeted West Midlands’ employers and gate keepers within the West
Midlands community.
The awards were then followed by a short Memorial Service.
