West Midland RFCA are delighted to have a stand at this year’s Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce Trade Local Business Expo.

Our Employer Engagement team will be there throughout the day to explain how your businesses or organisation can work in partnership with Defence to support the Armed Forces community.

You can also find out more about the transferable skill sets that veterans, Reservists and cadets can bring to your workforce.

Did you know that Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers also gain trade skills and qualifications in their spare time?  As well as vital skills in leadership, communication and teamwork.  All qualities which are important in both the workplace and your personal life!
